Shipping policy
Goccia.shop uses the best companies in the industry to ensure that your order is delivered on time.
Shipping will be carried out after payment is received (except for cash on delivery orders).
Delivery times may vary if the recipient's address is located in a remote area and/or an island.
Delivery times are calculated starting from the day following processing.
Factors such as postal or courier delays, logistical issues, adverse weather conditions, or the inability of our couriers to reach the recipient due to incomplete or incorrect data can also affect delivery punctuality.
We do our best to ensure orders are delivered within the estimated dates, but, on rare occasions, there may be delays, especially during sale periods and holidays.
Any delays or failed deliveries by the courier cannot be directly attributed to LDA Fashion srl.
We will do our best to keep you updated on your delivery, and you will still be able to track your package's journey using the tracking number on the courier's website.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, only to physical addresses.
Shipping costs, where applicable, must be added to the product price, can be viewed during checkout, and are: Standard shipping, Express shipping, In-store pickup.

Express delivery is available from Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered within the following 2 business days after the processing day.
No deliveries are made during weekends and holidays.
Not available for #GOCCIART products.

At checkout, select InPost as your courier. Wait for our notifications to pick up your package at one of the Lockers or InPost Points.
You can pick up your package within 30 days of the notification. After this period, the package will be returned to the sender.
